Raspberry Sassafras has cracked the cover on a new book. Kayla and Isaiah: Going to the Park and My Cat by Maria Rosario is a doubly-delightful picture book that offers the main story and a mini-story. In the primary tale, Kayla and Isaiah: Going to the Park, the kids are excited that their mom is taking them to the park. The reader sees how the siblings get along and play well together, and how much fun it is to be in the park. My Cat is the cute mini-story about Kayla’s cat, Delphina, which teaches kids that even the most mischievous feline needs love, too.
You can find Kayla and Isaiah: Going to the Park and My Cat on Amazon.
Rasberry Sassafras was very excited to learn that Maria Isabel Rosario lives in New York City! Raspberry loves all cities but thinks that NYC is just the bee’s knees. Rosario is a freelance writer who lives with her three kids and works from home. Her poem Sleepless was featured in Talent In Motion Magazine. She is currently working on her second children’s book and is also writing a book for young adults.
